I am a healer and intuitive therapist that helps those in the midst of change, who are exhausted from doing everything perfectly or not knowing what to do next. Let me help you learn to move through this discomfort with support and discover what life can be like without anxiety and fear controlling every thought and action. My clients experience change over time in therapy, not just in their feeling of stuckness and fear, but also in their relationships, their career and how they feel about themselves. 

For over 15 years I have worked with people who have anxiety, worry, and a big dose of perfectionism. I am a certified Daring Way facilitator and trainer and I used this work to support my clients to deepen their resilience to their shame and become consciously vulnerable to life in a way where they experience more power and deepen their ability to sit in the crossroads of life with joy, trust, and curiosity. 

In our therapy space there will be mindful and creative exploration of your situation. A therapist who will offer practical tools with humor and kindness, even in the midst of working through the pain and hard stuff, I will support you to find your calm center and tap into your inner wisdom. We will quiet the worry, inner critic and release the perfectionism.

My clients typically come to see me weekly so they have consistent support and practical tools to help. My clients learn to make more informed decisions, based on a clearer understanding of their thoughts and feelings.  Through therapy, my clients gain insight into their values, beliefs, and behaviors, leading to increased self-awareness and care for self, personal growth and healthy action.
